ტაბლეტების მიღება ხდება საღამოს, დაძინებამდე, წყლის დაყოლებით. დასაშვებია ალზეპილის გამოყენება საკვებისაგან დამოუკიდებლად, ვინაიდან საკვები არ მოქმედებს მის ეფექტურობაზე.
დონეპეზილით მკურნალობის კურსის დროს არ გამოიყენოთ ალკოჰოლური სასმელები, ვინაიდან ალკოჰოლმა შეიძლება შეამციროს მისი ეფექტურობა. 
სატრანსპორტო საშუალებების და მექანიზმების მართვა

ჭარბი დოზირება

სხვა წამლებთან ურთიერთქმედება

შენახვის პირობები და ვადები

ვარგისიანობის ვადა
3 წელი. ალზეპილი არ გამოიყენება შეფუთვაზე მითითებული ვარგისიანობის ვადის გასვლის შემდეგ. ვარგისიანობის ვადის დასრულების თარიღი არის მითითებული თვის ბოლო დღე.
