ვიტამინი D ზრდის კალციუმისა და ფოსფატის შეწოვას ნაწლავში. ვიტამინ D3-ის მიღება ხელს უშლის ბავშვებში რაქიტისა და მოზრდილებში ოსტეომალაციის განვითარებას. ასევე, ხელს უშლის კალციუმის უკმარისობით გამოწვეულ პარათირეოიდული ჰორმონის დონის გაზრდას, რაც იწვევს ძვლის ქსოვილის რეზორბციის გაზრდას.

განსაკუთრებული მითითებანი და უსაფრთხოების ზომები გამოყენებისას:

დეკო 2000 სიფრთხილის ზომების დაცვით უნდა დაინიშნოს სარკოიდოზის მქონე პაციენტებში, რომელიც წარმოადგენს იმუნური სისტემის პათოლოგიური ფუნქციონირებით გამოწვეულ დაავადებას, ვინაიდან D ვიტამინის აქტიურ ფორმაში გადასვლა შეიძლება რისკის შემცველი იყოს გაძლიერებული მეტაბოლიზმის გამო. ამ ჯგუფის პაციენტებში საჭიროა შრატსა და შარდში კალციუმის შემცველობის მონიტორინგი.

 

საჭიროა სიფრთხილის ზომების დაცვა პრეპარატის გამოყენებისას პაციენტებში, რომლებსაც უტარდებათ მკურნალობა გულ-სისხლძარღვთა დაავადების სამკურნალო საშუალებებით.

დეკოს რბილი კაფსულა სიფრთხილის ზომების დაცვით გამოიყენება თირკმელების ზომიერი ან მსუბუქი უკმარისობის მქონე პაციენტებში, ასევე საჭიროა კალციუმისა და ფოსფატის დონეზე მისი ეფექტის მონიტორინგი. გასათვალისწინებელია რბილი ქსოვილების კალციფიკაციის რისკი. თირკმელების მძიმე უკმარისობის მქონე პაციენტებში D ვიტამინი ქოლეკალციფეროლის ფორმით ჩვეულებრივ არ მეტაბოლიზდება. შესაბამისად, უნდა იქნას გამოყენებული D ვიტამინის სხვა ფორმები.

დეკოში (2000 სე)  D ვიტამინის შემცველობა უნდა იქნას გათვალისწინებული D ვიტამინის შემცველი სხვა სამკურნალო საშუალებების დანიშვნისას. D ვიტამინის დამატებითი დოზები საჭიროებს მკაცრ სამედიცინო დაკვირვებას. ამ შემთხვევაში, საჭიროა შრატში კალციუმის დონის და შარდში კალციუმის ექსკრეციის ხშირი მონიტორინგი.

ურთიერთქმედება სხვა სამკურნალო საშუალებებთან და ურთიერთქმედების სხვა ფორმები:

ფოსფატების ინფუზია არ უნდა დაინიშნოს D ჰიპერვიტამინოზით გამოწვეული დაბალი ჰიპერკალციემიის დროს, რადგან არსებობს მეტასტაზური კალციფიკაციის საშიშროება.

თიაზიდური დიურეზულები ამცირებს შარდში კალციუმის გამოყოფას. თიაზიდურ დიურეზულებთან ერთდროულად გამოყენება ზრდის ჰიპერკალციემიის რისკს. შესაბამისად, თიაზიდურ დიურეზულებთან ერთდროულად გამოყენების პერიოდში შრატში კალციუმის დონე უნდა შემოწმდეს რეგულარულად.

ფენიტოინისა და ბარბიტურატების ერთდროულად გამოყენებამ შეიძლება შეამციროს D ვიტამინის ეფექტი, რადგან ის ზრდის მეტაბოლიზმის სიჩქარეს.

რიფამპიცინს შეუძლია შეამციროს ქოლეკალციფეროლის ეფექტიანობა, რადგან იწვევს ღვიძლის ფერმენტების ინდუქციას.

ვინაიდან იზონიაზიდი თრგუნავს ქოლეკალციფეროლის მეტაბოლურ მოქმედებას, მას შეუძლია შეამციროს ქოლეკალციფეროლის ეფექტიანობა.

დოზის გადაჭარბება:
