ერითრომიცინი გაივლის პლაცენტარულ ბარიერს, ამიტომ ორსულობის პერიოდში პრეპარატის დანიშვნა მხოლოდ იმ შემთხვევაშია შესაძლებელი, როდესაც დედისათვის მოსალოდნელი სასარგებლო შედეგი მკვეთრად სჭარბობს პოტენციურ რისკს ნაყოფისათვის.
ერითრომიცინი გადადის დედის რძეში, ამიტომ მკურნალობის პერიოდში საჭიროა ძუძუთი კვებისაგან თავის შეკავება.
განსაკუთრებული მითითებები

სხვა წამლებთან ურთიერთქმედება
