შემადგენლობა
ნაზალური წყლიანი დოზირებული სუსპენზია 1 დოზა. ფლუტიკაზონის პროპიონატი 50 მკგ. სხვა ინგრედიენტები: მიკროკრისტალური ცელულოზა, ნატრიუმის კარბოქსიმეტილცელულოზა, დექსტროზა, პოლისორბატი 80, ბენზალკონის ქლორიდი, ფენილეთილის სპირტი,დინატრიუმის ჰიდროფოსფატი, ლიმონის მჟავა, გაწმენდილი წყალი.
ფარმაკოლოგიური თვისებები
ტოპიური გლუკოკორტიკოიდული პრეპარატი ინტრანაზალური გამოყენებისთვის. გამოხატული აქვს ანთებისსაწინააღმდეგო და ანტიალერგიული მოქმედება. ფლუტიკაზონი არის მძლავრი კორტიკოსტეროიდი გლუკოკორტიკოიდული რეცეპტორების მიმართ მაღალი მგრძნობელობით, რომელიც გამოიყენება ალერგიული რინიტების პროფილაქტიკისა და მკურნალობისთვის. ფლუტიკაზონი გამოირჩევა ადგილობრივი ძლიერი ანთებისსაწინააღმდეგო ეფექტით და ორგანიზმზე სუსტი სისტემური მოქმედებით. გამოკვლევებში ალერგიული რინიტების სიმპტომების დროს, შედარებული იქნა ფლუტიკაზონის პლაზმური კონცენტრაცია ადგილობრივი და პერორალური გამოყენების შემდეგ: იყენებდნენ 200 მკგ ნაზალურ სპრეის (პლიუს პლაცებო per os) და 5-10მგ ფლუტიკაზონს per os (პლიუს ნაზალური სპრეი) 14 დღის განმავლობაში. პერორალურ გამოყენებასთან შედარებით,ინტრანაზალური გამოყენებისას ფლუტიკაზონის პლაზმური კონცენტრაცია არ იქნა დაფიქსირებული. ინტრანაზალური სპრეის გამოყენებამ მნიშვნელოვნად შეამცირა ალერგიული რინიტის სიმპტომები. კვლევამ დაადასტურა ინტრანაზალური გამოყენებისას მისი თერაპიული ეფექტის უპირატესობა. ფლუტინექსი თერაპიული დოზით არ ახდენს ზემოქმედებას ჰიპოთალამო-ჰიპოფიზო-თირკმელზედა სისტემაზე. ფლუტიკაზონის შესხურებისას ცხვირის ლორწოვანში, მისი ნაწილი ხვდება სისტემურ სისხლის მიმოქცევის წრეში, დანარჩენი კი ცხვირის ლორწოვანის აქტივაციით და ჩაყლაპვით ელიმინირდება. დადგენილია, რომ კორტიკოსტეროიდები ავლენენ სხვადასხვა ტიპის უჯრედებზე ფართო დიაპაზონის ეფექტებს (მაგ: ეოზინოფილები, ბაზოფილები, ლიმფოციტები, მაკროფაგები, ნეიტროფილები) და მედიატორებზე (ჰისტამინი, ეიკანაზოიდები, ლეიკოტრიენები და ციტოკინები). გლუკოკორტიკოიდები არ იწვევენ გაუთვალისწინებელ ეფექტებს ალერგიის სიმპტომებზე.

მიღების წესები და დოზები
ფლუტინექსი გამოიყენება მხოლოდ ინტრანაზალურად. სრული თერაპიული ეფექტის მისაღებად მიღებული უნდა იქნას რეგულარულად.
მოზრდილები და ბავშვები 12 წლის ზემოთ: სეზონური და არასეზონური რინიტების პროფილაქტიკისა და მკურნალობისთვის ინიშნება თითოეულ ნესტოში 100 მკგ. (2 დოზა) ერთჯერ დღეში, უპირატესად დილის საათებში. ზოგიერთ შემთხვევაში საჭიროა 100 მკგ (2 დოზა) თითოეულ ნესტოში 2-ჯერ დღეში. მაქსიმალური სადღეღამისო დოზა შეადგენს 200 მკგ/დღეში (4 დოზა) თითოეულ ნესტოში.
ხანში შესულ პაციენტებს დოზის კორექცია არ სჭირდებათ.
ბავშვებში 4-11 წლამდე სეზონური რინიტის მკურნალობისა და პროფილაქტიკისათვის რეკომენდებულია დაენიშნოს 50 მკგ. (1 დოზა) თითოეულ ნესტოში ერთჯერ Dდღეში. მაქსიმალური სადღეღამისო დოზა შეადგენს 100მკგ (2 დოზა) თითოეულ ნესტოში.
მაქსიმალური თერაპიული მოქმედება გამოვლინდება 3-4 დღის შემდეგ.
გამოყენების წინ აუცილებელია ფლაკონი ფრთხილად შევანჯღრიოთ, ავიღოთ ხელში და საჩვენებელ და შუა თითს შორის მოვათავსოთ შესასხურებლის ქვედა ნაწილი, ხოლო დიდი თითი დავდოთ ფლაკონის ძირზე. პრეპარატის პირველად გამოყენებისას ან 1 კვირით შესვენების შემდეგ აუცილებელია შემოწმდეს შესასხურებლის ვარგისიანობა. ამის შემდეგ აუცილებელია ცხვირი გაისუფთავოთ (მსუბუქად მოიხოცეთ), მარცხენა ხელის საჩვენებელი თითით დახურეთ ერთი ნესტო და მეორეში შეისხურეთ პრეპარატი, შემდეგ პირიქით. თავი რამდენადმე წინ უნდა იყოს გადაწეული, ფლაკონი უნდა გვეჭიროს ვერტიკალურად. ჩასუნთქვა უნდა მოხდეს ცხვირით, ამოსუნთქვა პირით. გამოყენების შემდეგ აუცილებელია შესასხურებელი გაიწმინდოს სუფთა ხელსახოცით ან ცხვირსახოცით და დაეხუროს თავსახური.
გვერდითი მოვლენები
ადგილობრივი რეაქცია იშვიათად გამოვლინდება, ძირითადად, ცხვირ-ხახის გაღიზიანება და სიმშრალე, უსიამოვნო გემო და სუნი.

ორსულობა და ლაქტაცია
ფლუტინექსის უსაფრთხოება ორსულებში დღესდღეისობით დადგენილი არ არის. პრეპარატის ინტრანაზალური შეყვანა სისტემური მოვლენების შესაძლებლობას მინიმუმადე ამცირებს. ორსულობისას და ლაქტაციის პერიოდში ფლუტინექსის დანიშვნა შესაძლებელია მხოლოდ იმ შემთხვევაში, როდესაც დედისთვის სასიცოცხლო ჩვენებაა. ექსპერიმენტალურ კვლევებში ინტრანაზალური გამოყენების შემდეგ, ფლუტიკაზონის პროპიონატი არ აღმოჩნდა სისხლის პლაზმაში. ითვლება, რომ მისი შეღწევა დედის რძეში ნაკლებად შესაძლებელია.
ჭარბი დოზირება
დოზის გადაჭარბების მწვავე ან ქრონიკული სიმპტომები აღნიშნული არ არის. ზემო სასუნთქი გზების ინფექციები, ფლუტინექსის გამოყენებისთვის არ არის უკუჩვენება.
შენახვის პირობები და ვადები
