ჩვენებები
ინსულინდამოუკიდებელი შაქრიანი დიაბეტი (II ტიპის დიაბეტი) დიეტოთერაპიის არაეფექტურობის დროს.
მითითებები: შაქრიანი დიაბეტის მკურნალობის საფუძველს წარმოადგენს ექიმის მიერ დანიშნული დიეტა, რომელიც მკაცრად უნდა იქნას დაცული. არავითარ შემთხვევაში არ შეიძლება ექიმის მიერ დანიშნული დიეტის მანინილი 5-ით შეცვლა.
მიღების წესები და დოზები
პრეპარატის დოზას ექიმი ინდივიდუალურად, მაგრამ ნივთიერებათა ცვლის მდგომარეობის მიხედვით ადგენს. Mმკურნალობის კურსი ჩვეულებრივ იწყება დოზით, რომელიც შეადგენს პრეპარატის ტაბლეტის 1/2-ს დღეში ერთხელ. Dდოზის გაზრდა თანდათან შეიძლება მანამ, სანამ სისხლში შაქრის სასურველი დონე არ მიიღწევა. მაქსიმალური მოქმედება იწყება ჩვეულებრივ პრეპარატის 3 ტაბლეტის (გამონაკლისის სახით 4 ტაბლეტის) მიღებისას. პრეპარატი მიიღება საკვების მიღებამდე, ტაბლეტების დაუღეჭავად და მცირე რაოდენობით წყლის დაყოლებით. მორიგი დოზის გამოტოვების შემეთხვევაში პრეპარატი მიიღება ჩვეულებრივ დროს. არ შეიძლება პრეპარატის ერთი გამოტოვებული დოზის უფრო მაღალი დოზით კომპენსირება.
გვერდითი მოვლენები
საკვების გამოტოვების, ჭარბი დოზის მიღების, ძლიერი ფიზიკური დატვირთვის, ასევე ალკოჰოლის ინტენსიური გამოყენების დროს შესაძლებელია სისხლში შაქრის დონის არასასურველი დაწევა (ჰიპოგლიკემია). ყველაზე ხშირად ეს ვლინდება ძლიერი შიმშილის გრძნობის, ჭარბი ოფლიანობის, სხეულში კანკალის შეგრძნების, გულის ფრიალის, აგზნებულობის, დეპრესიული ხასიათის, თავის ტკივილისა და ძილის დარღვევის სახით. უმეტეს შემთხვევაში ამის აღმოფხვრა შესაძლებელია გლუკოზის, შაქრის ან შაქრით გამდიდრებული საკვების სწრაფად მიღებით.ზოგჯერ აღინიშნება დარღვევები კუჭ-ნაწლავის ტრაქტის მხრივ, რომლებსაც ახლავს ღებინება და გულისრევა. იშვიათ შემთხვევაში აღინიშნებოდა ჰიპერმგრძნობელობა მზის ძლიერი გამოსხივებისას და უი-ნათურების მიმართ (ეგრედწოდებული ფოტომგრძნობელობა). დარღვევები სისხლმბადი სისტემის მხრივ (თრომბოციტოპენია, გრანულოციტოპენია, ერითროციტოპენია) და ჰიპერმგრძნობელობის რეაქციები (გამონაყარი კანზე, სხეულის მაღალი ტემპერატურა, სახსრების ტკივილი) ძალიან იშვიათია.

იმისათვის, რომ ექიმმა ზუსტად შეძლოს დადგენა არსებობს თუ არა უკუჩვენება ამ პრეპარატის მისაღებად, იგი აუცილებლად უნდა იყოს ინფორმირებული წინამორბედი და თანმხლები სხვა დაავადებების შესახებ. Pპრეპარატი უკუნაჩვენებია ინსულინდამოკიდებული შაქრიანი დიაბეტის (I ტიპის დიაბეტი), ნივთიერებათა ცვლის დეკომპენსირების (კეტოაციდოზი, პრეკომატოზური მდგომარეობები), ღვიძლისა და თირკმელების მძიმე დაავადებების, ასევე სულფონილ-შარდოვანას ჯგუფის მედიკამენტების მიმართ ცნობილი ალერგიის, ორსულობისა და ლაქტაციის დროს.
განსაკუთრებული მითითებები
ამ პრეპარატით ინსულინდამოუკიდებელი დიაბეტის მკურნალობის ჩატარება საჭიროებს ექიმის მიერ რეგულარულ კონტროლს.
სხვა წამლებთან ურთიერთქმედება
შემდეგი მედიკამენტების ზემოქმედებით მანინილი 5-ის მოქმედება ძლიერდება: აგფ-ი ს ინჰიბიტორები, ანაბოლური საშუალებები, β-რეცეპტორების ბლოკატორები, ფიბრატები, ბიგუანიდები, ქლორ-ამფენიკოლი, ციმეტიდინი, არაპირდაპირი მოქმედების კოაგულანტები, კიბოს საწინააღმდეგო ზოგიერთი პრეპარატი, პენტოქსიფილინი, ფენილბუტაზონი, რეზერპინი, სალიცილატები, სულფონამიდები, ტეტრაციკლინები. Pპრეპარატის მოქმედება სუსტდება აცეტაზოლამიდის, ბარბიტურატების, ქლორ-პრომაზინის, გლუკოკორტიკოიდების, გლუკაგონის, ჩასახვის საწინააღმდეგო ჰორმონალური საშუალებების, ფენოთიაზინების, სალურეზულების, ფარისებრი ჯირკვლის ჰორმონების ზემოქმედებით. ალკოჰოლთან ერთად მიღებისას შესაძლებელია პრეპარატის შაქრისდამწევი მოქმედების როგორც გაძლიერება, ასევე შესუსტება (განსაკუთრებით ქრონიკული ალკოჰოლიზმის დროს).
შენახვის პირობები და ვადები
3 წელი.
პრეპარატის ვარგისიანობის ვადის გასვლის თარიღი მითითებულია დასაკეც მუყაოს კოლოფზე. შეფუთვაზე მითითებული ვარგისიანობის ვადის გასვლის შემდეგ პრეპარატის გამოყენება არ შეიძლება.
