შემადგენლობა
აგულანის ერთი ტაბლეტი შეიცავს აქტიური ნივთიერების - პერინდოპრილის ერბუმინის 2 მგ, 4 მგ ან 8 მგ-ს.
**მოქმედების მექანიზმი**
II თაობის ანგიოტენზინ-მაკონვერტირებელი ფერმენტის ინჰიბიტორი. აქვეითებს არტერიულ წნევას, რაც განპირობებულია ანგიოტენზინ II-ის წარმოქმნის დათრგუნვის შედეგად არტერიულ სისხლძარღვებზე მისი შემავიწროებელი მოქმედებისა და ალდოსტერონის სეკრეციაზე მასტიმულირებელი მოქმედების შემცირებით.

მიღების წესები და დოზები

გვერდითი მოვლენები
სასუნთქი სისტემის მხრივ: შესაძლებელია მშრალი ხველა. საჭმლის მომნელებელი სისტემის მხრივ: დისპეფსიური მოვლენები, პირის სიმშრალე, გემოს აღქმის დარღვევა. ცნს-ის მხრივ: თავის ტკივილი, ძილისა და განწყობის დარღვევა, თავბრუსხვევა. სისხლმბადი სისტემის მხრივ: ჰემოგლობინის დონის შემცირება (მკურნალობის დასაწყისში); იშვიათად ერითროციტოპენია ან თრომბოციტოპენია. საშარდე სისტემის მხრივ: კრეატინინისა და შარდმჟავას კონცენტრაციის შექცევადი მატება. ალერგიული რეაქციები: ანგიონევროზული შეშუპება, კანზე გამონაყარი, ქავილი, ერითემა.

განსაკუთრებული მითითებები
პრეპარატი სიფრთხილით ინიშნება პაციენტებში თირკმლის უკმარისობით და გამოხატული არტერიული ჰიპოტენზიით. პაციენტებში თირკმლის უკმარისობით აგულანით მკურნალობის ფონზე საჭიროა სისხლში კალიუმისა და კრეატინინის კონცენტრაციის სისტემატური კონტროლი. ქირურგიული ჩარევის აუცილებლობის შემთხვევაში საჭიროა ანესთეზიოლოგის ინფორმირება პერინდოპრილით მკურნალობის თაობაზე. პაციენტებმა, რომლებიც იღებენ დიურეზულ საშუალებებს, აგულანით მკურნალობის დაწყებამდე 3 დღით ადრე მაინც, საჭიროა შეწყვიტონ შარდმდენების მიღება. აუცილებლობისას, მკურნალობის კურსში დიურეზული საშუალებების ჩართვა უნდა მოხდეს მოგვიანებით. თუ შარდმდენების მოხსნა შეუძლებელია, აგულანი ინიშნება მცირე დოზით - 2 მგ/დღეში. აგულანით მკურნალობის ფონზე არ შეიძლება ჰემოდიალიზის ჩატარება პოლიაკრილონიტრილური მემბრანების გამოყენებით (იზრდება ანაფილაქსიური რეაქციის განვითარების რისკი).
ჭარბი დოზირება
დოზის გადაჭარბების (არტერიული ჰიპოტენზიის) მკურნალობა - კუჭის ამორეცხვა, ფიზიოლოგიური ხსნარის გადასხმა. პერინდოპრილი ექვემდებარება დიალიზს (70 მლ/წთ). აგულანის ჰიპოტენზიური ეფექტი ძლიერდება ერთდროულად სალურეტიკების დანიშვნისას.
