შემადგენლობა
პრეპარატის ერთი ტაბლეტი შეიცავს აქტიური ნივთიერების - ციპროფლოქსაცინის 250 მგ-ს ან 500 მგ-ს.
**მოქმედების მექანიზმი**
პრეპარატი წარმოადგენს ფტორქინოლონის ჯგუფის ფართო სპექტრის ანტიმიკრობულ საშუალებას. იგი არღვევს ბაქტერიის დნმ-ის რეპლიკაციასა და უჯრედული ცილის სინთეზს. ციპროფლოქსაცინი მოქმედებს როგორც გამრავლების, ისე სიმშვიდის ფაზაში მყოფ მიკროორგანიზმებზე. ციპროფლოქსაცინისადმი მგრძნობიარეა შემდეგი გრამუარყოფითი მიკროორგანიზმები: Escherichia coli, Salmonella spp., Shigella spp., Proteus spp., Morganella morganii, Citrobacter spp., Klebsiella spp., Enterobacter spp., Yersinia spp., Vibrio spp., Campilobacter spp., Hafnia spp., Providencia stuartii, Haemophilus influenzae, Pasteurella multocida, Pseudomonas spp., Gardnerella spp., Legionella pneumophila, Neisseria spp., Moraxella catarrhalis, Acinetobacter spp., Brucella spp., Chlamidia spp.
ციპროფლოქსაცინისადმი მგრძნობიარეა შემდეგი გრამდადებითი მიკროორგანიზმები: Staphilococcus spp., Streptococcus pyogenes, St. agalactiae, Corynebacterium diphtheriae, Listeria monocytogenes. პრეპარატისადმი რეზისტენტულია: Ureaplasma urealyticum, Clostridium difficile, Nocardia asteroides. ციპროფლოქსაცინი კარგად შეიწოვება კუჭ-ნაწლავის ტრაქტიდან, პლაზმაში მაქსიმალური კონცენტრაცია მიიღწევა 1-2 სთ-ში. პრეპარატი ნაწილობრივ მეტაბოლიზდება ღვიძლში.

პრეპარატისადმი მგრძნობიარე მიკროორგანიზმებით გამოწვეული ინფექციურ-ანთებითი დაავადებები:
- შარდ-სასქესო სისტემის ინფექციები (მათ შორის გართულებული);
- სასუნთქი სისტემის ინფექციები;
- მცირე მენჯის ორგანოთა ანთებითი დაავადებანი (მათ შორის ადნექსიტი და პროსტატიტი);
- შუა ყურის, ცხვირის დანამატი ღრუების, ხახისა და ხორხის ინფექციები;

მიღების წესები და დოზები
პრეპარატის დოზა დამოკიდებულია ინფექციური პროცესის ლოკალიზაციასა და სიმძიმეზე, ასევე გამომწვევის მგრძნობელობაზე.

მკურნალობის ხანგრძლივობა დამოკიდებულია კლინიკური სურათის დინამიკასა და ბაქტერიოლოგიურიკვლევის შედეგებზე. რეკომენდებულია პრეპარატის მიღება ტემპერატურის ნორმალიზაციიდან და კლინიკური სიმპტომების გაქრობიდან კიდევ სამი დღის განმავლობაში. მწვავე გონორეასა და ცისტიტის შემთხვევაში მკურნალობა ტარდება ერთი დღის განმავლობაში, საშარდე გზებისა და მუცლის ღრუს ინფექციების დროს - 7 დღემდე, ოსტეომიელიტის დროს - 2 თვემდე, სხვა შემთხვევაში - 7-14 დღე.

უკუჩვენება
- ორსულობა, ლაქტაცია;
- ბავშვთა და მოზარდთა ასაკი;
- ციპროფლოქსაცინის ან ქინოლონის ჯგუფის პრეპარატებისადმი მაღალი მგრძნობელობა.
განსაკუთრებული მითითებები
ავადმყოფებში, რომელთაც ანამნეზში აღენიშნებათ ეპილეფსია, კრუნჩხვითი სინდრომი, თავის ტვინის სისხლძარღვოვანი და ორგანული დაზიანებანი, ციპროფლოქსაცინი მხოლოდ სასიცოცხლო ჩვენებით ინიშნება. პრეპარატით მკურნალობისას ხანგრძლივი დიარეის შემთხვევაში საჭიროა კურსის შეწყვეტა და ფსევდომემბრანული კოლიტის გამორიცხვა. ერთდროულად ციპროფლოქსაცინისა და რკინის პრეპარატების ან ანტაციდური საშუალებების (რომლებიც შეიცავენ მაგნიუმს, კალციუმს, ალუმინს) გამოყენებისას მცირდება მისი შეწოვის ინტენსივობა. ციპროფლოქსაცინი ზრდის პლაზმაში თეოფილინის კონცენტრაციას, ხოლო ანტიკოაგულანტებთან კომბინაციაში ზრდის სისხლდენის ხანგრძლივობას.
შენახვის პირობები და ვადები
