ემკორ 10-ის ერთი ტაბლეტი შეიცავს აქტიური ნივთიერების - ბისოპროლოლის ფუმარატის 10 მგ-ს.
**მოქმედების მექანიზმი**

მიღების წესები და დოზები

უკუჩვენება
კარდიოგენული შოკი, II და III ხარისხის AV გამტარობის დარღვევა, სინუსური კვანძის სისუსტის სინდრომი, სინოატრიალური ბლოკადა, ბრადიკარდია (პულსი წუთში 50 დარტყმაზე ნაკლები), არტერიული ჰიპოტენზია (სისტოლური არტერიული წნევა ნაკლები 90 მმ.ვწყ.სვ); ბრონქოსპაზმისადმი მიდრეკილება (ბრონქული ასთმა და ბრონქოობსტრუქციული სინდრომით მიმდინარე დაავადებები), პერიფერიული სისხლის მიმოქცევის გამოხატული დარღვევები, ერთდროულად მაო-ს ინჰიბიტორების (გარდა მაო-B) მიღება, ბისოპროლოლისადმი და ბეტა-ადრენობლოკატორებისადმი მაღალი მგრძნობელობა. გულის ქრონიკული უკმარისობით დაავადებულებში პრეპარატი არ ინიშნება გულის უკმარისობის გამწვავების ან დეკომპენსაციის ფაზაში, როცა საჭირო ხდება ინოტროპული პრეპარატების ინტრავენური შეყვანა; ასევე ბრადიკარდიის (პულსი წუთში 60 დარტყმაზე ნაკლები) და ჰიპოტენზიის (სისტოლური არტერიული წნევა ნაკლები 100 მმ.ვწყ.სვ) დროს.
განსაკუთრებული მითითებები
ბისოპროლოლი სიფრთხილით ინიშნება ფსორიაზით დაავადებულებში, ან ოჯახურ ანამნეზში ფსორიაზის არსებობის დროს, შაქრიანი დიაბეტის დეკომპენსაციის ფაზაში, ალერგიული რეაქციებისადმი წინასწარგანწყობილ პაციენტებში. ფეოქრომოციტომით დაავადებულებში ბისოპროლოლი მხოლოდ ალფაადრებლოკატორების მიღების შემდეგ გამოიყენება. ქირურგიული ჩარევების დროს საჭიროა ანესთეზიოლოგის ინფორმირება ბისოპროლოლით მკურნალობის თაობაზე. ბისოპროლოლი არ არის რეკომენდებული ბავშვებში, ორსულობისა და ლაქტაციის პერიოდში. გამონაკლის შემთხვევაში, ორსულებში ბისოპროლოლის გამოყენების აუცილებლობისას, მშობიარობის სავარაუდო ვადამდე 72 საათით ადრე საჭიროა პრეპარატის მოხსნა, რათა თავიდან იქნას აცილებული ახალშობილებში ბრადიკარდიის, არტერიული ჰიპოტენზიის, ჰიპოგლიკემიის განვითარება და სუნთქვის დათრგუნვა. თუ პრეპარატის მოხსნა შეუძლებელია, სავალდებულოა ახალშობილის მდგომარეობის 72 საათიანი კონტროლი. ბისოპროლოლით მკურნალობის პერიოდში დაუშვებელია ალკოჰოლის მიღება. სიფრთხილით ინიშნება პაციენტებში, რომელთა საქმიანობა ყურადღების კონცენტრირებასა და ფსიქომოტორული რეაქციების სისწრაფეს მოითხოვს. ბისოპროლოლი აძლიერებს სხვა ჰიპოტენზიური საშუალებებისა და ჰიპოტენზიური თვისების მქონე პრეპარატების მოქმედებას. ბისოპროლოლმა რეზერპინთან, ალფა-მეთილდოფასთან, კლონიდინთან, სათითურას პრეპარატებთან ან გუანფაცინთან ერთდროულად გამოყენებისას შესაძლოა გამოხატული ბრადიკარდია გამოიწვიოს. ბისოპროლოლის მიღების ფონზე არ ინიშნება ვენაში საინიექციო კალციუმის არხის ბლოკატორები და ანტიარითმული საშუალებები. ერგოტამინის წარმოებულების ერთდროულად მიღებამ შესაძლოა პერიფერიული სისხლის მიმოქცევის დარღვევების გაძლიერება გამოიწვიოს. ინსულინისა და სხვა ჰიპოგლიკემიური საშუალებების ერთდროული მიღებისას ძლიერდება მათი მოქმედება.
ჭარბი დოზირება
დოზის გადაჭარბების შემთხვევაში, რაც ბრადიკარდიით, არტერიული ჰიპოტენზიით, გულის უკმარისობით, ბრონქოსპაზმით ან გულის შეკუმშვათა სიხშირის შემცირებით ვლინდება, პრეპარატით მკურნალობა წყდება. ამ შემთხვევაში საჭიროა კუჭის ამორეცხვა, აქტივირებული ნახშირის მიღება და სასწრაფოდ ექიმის კონსულტაცია.
