შემადგენლობა
მიკოფლუს ერთი კაფსულა შეიცავს აქტიური ნივთიერების - ფლუკონაზოლის 50 მგ-ს ან 150 მგ-ს.
**მოქმედების მექანიზმი**
მიკოფლუ აზოლის ჯგუფის ძლიერი ანტიმიკოზური საშუალებაა. მისი მოქმედება დამყარებულია სოკოს უჯრედში სტეროლის სინთეზის ინჰიბირებაზე. მიკოფლუ აქტიურია: Candida spp., Cryptococcus neoformans, Microsporum spp., Trichophyton spp., Blastomyces dermatitidis, Coccidiodes immitis, Histoplasma capsulatum მიკროორგანიზმებისადმი. შიგნით მიღებისას ფლუკონაზოლი კარგად შეიწოვება. მის აბსორბციაზე არ მოქმედებს საკვების ერთდროული მიღება. უზმოზე მიღებისას პრეპარატის მაქსიმალური კონცენტრაცია პლაზმაში აღინიშნება 0.5-1.5 სთ-ში, ნახევარგამოყოფის პერიოდი შეადგენს 30 სთ-ს. ფლუკონაზოლის 80% გამოიყოფა თირკმლების საშუალებით სახეშეუცვლელი ფორმით. იგი კარგად აღწევს ორგანიზმის ბიოლოგიურ სითხეებში.

მიღების წესები და დოზები

იშვიათად - გულისრევა, მუცლის ტკივილი, დიარეა, მეტეორიზმი, კანზე გამონაყარი, თავის ტკივილი, კანის ექსფოლიაციური დაავადებანი, კრუნჩხვა, ლეიკოპენია, თრომბოციტოპენია, ალოპეცია, თუმცა ამ შემთხვევაში მიზეზ-შედეგობრივი კავშირი დაუდგენელია.

ორსულობა და ლაქტაცია
ორსულობის პერიოდში პრეპარატი ინიშნება სასიცოცხლო ჩვენებით სოკოვანი დაავადებების მძიმე ფორმების სამკურნალოდ. დედის რძეში ფლუკონაზოლის იგივე კონცენტრაციაა რაც პლაზმაში, ამიტომ ლაქტაციის პერიოდში მისი დანიშვნა მიზანშეწონილი არ არის.
განსაკუთრებული მითითებები
იშვიათ შემთხვევებში ფლუკონაზოლის გამოყენებისას აღინიშნა ღვიძლის ტოქსიკური ცვლილებები, მათ შორის ლეტალური გამოსავლით, რაც დაკავშირებული იყო მძიმე ფორმის თანდართულ დაავადებებთან. ამიტომ ღვიძლის დაზიანების კლინიკური გამოვლენისთანავე საჭიროა პრეპარატის მოხსნა. ფლუკონაზოლით მკურნალობისას ავადმყოფებს ერთეულ შემთხვევაში გამოუვლინდათ კანის ექსფოლიაციური რეაქციები, როგორიცაა სტივენს-ჯონსონის სინდრომი და ტოქსიური ეპიდერმული ნეკროლიზისი. ფლუკონაზოლი ახანგრძლივებს პერორალური ჰიპოგლიკემიური საშუალებების (ქლორპროპამიდი, გლიბენკლამიდი, გლიპიზიდი, ტოლბუტამიდი) პლაზმიდან გამოყოფას. ჰიდროქლორთიაზიდისა და მიკოფლუს ერთდროული გამოყენებისას უკანასკნელის კონცენტრაცია პლაზმაში იმატებს 40%-ით. ხოლო ფენიტოინთან კომბინაციაში მიკოფლუ ზრდის აღნიშნული პრეპარატის კონცენტრაციას. რიფამპიცინი 20%-ით ამცირებს ფლუკონაზოლის ნახევარგამოყოფის პერიოდს, ამიტომ რიფამპიცინთან ერთად დანიშვნისას საჭიროა მიკოფლუს დოზის მომატება. ფლუკონაზოლის აბსორბციაზე არ მოქმედებს საკვების მიღება, ციმეტიდინი, ანტაციდები ან ძვლის ტვინის ტრანსპლანტაციის შემდგომი ტოტალური დასხივება.
შენახვის პირობები და ვადები
