პრეპარატის ერთი ტაბლეტი შეიცავს აქტიური ნივთიერების - სალბუტამოლის 4 მგ-ს.
**მოქმედების მექანიზმი**
პრეპარატი წარმოადგენს ბეტა-ადრენომიმეტიკურ საშუალებას, მოქმედებს უპირატესად ბეტა2-ადრენორეცეპტორებზე. გამოხატული აქვს ბრონქოლიზური ეფექტი, ახდენს ბრონქოსპაზმის კუპირებას, ამცირებს სასუნთქ გზებში წინააღმდეგობას და ზრდის ფილტვის სასიცოცხლო ტევადობას. იწვევს კორონარული სისხლძარღვების გაფართოებას და არ მოქმედებს არტერიულ წნევაზე. ახასიათებს ტოკოლიზური მოქმედება: ამცირებს მიომეტრიუმის ტონუსს და კუმშვადობას. სალბუტამოლი შიგნით მიღებისას კარგად შეიწოვება კუჭ-ნაწლავის ტრაქტიდან. მეტაბოლიზაციას განიცდის ღვიძლში და ნაწილობრივ ნაწლავის კედელში. გამოიყოფა უპირატესად თირკმლების საშუალებით.

მიღების წესები და დოზები
მოზრდილებში სალბუტამოლის ერთჯერადი დოზაა 2-4 მგ. არაეფექტურობისას შესაძლებელია დოზის გაზრდა 8 მგ-მდე. ბავშვებში: 2-დან 6 წლამდე ერთ მიღებაზე ინიშნება 1-2 მგ, 6-დან 12 წლამდე - 2 მგ; 12 წლის შემდეგ - 2-4 მგ. ხანდაზმულობის ასაკში მკურნალობის დაწყება საჭიროა 2 მგ-დან. პრეპარატი ინიშნება 3-4-ჯერ დღეში.

ტაქიკარდია, გულისცემის შეგრძნება, არტერიული ჰიპოტენზია, პერიფერიული სისხლძარღვების ტრანზიტორული გაფართოება, გულისრევა, ღებინება, დიარეა, გაღიზიანებადობა, ძილის დარღვევა, კანზე გამონაყარი, ქავილი, ანგიონევროზული შეშუპება.
უკუჩვენება
პრეპარატისადმი მაღალი მგრძნობელობა, ორსულობის I და II ტრიმესტრი, თირეოტოქსიკოზი.
განსაკუთრებული მითითებები
სიფრთხილით ინიშნება ტაქიარითმიის, მიოკარდიტის, გულის მანკის (მათ შორის აორტის სტენოზის), არტერიული ჰიპოტონიის, შაქრიანი დიაბეტის, თირეოტოქსიკოზის, გულის მწვავე უკმარისობისა და გლაუკომის დროს. ორსულობის I და II ტრიმესტრში სალბუტამოლი არ ინიშნება. ლაქტაციის პერიოდში სალბუტამოლის გამოყენებისას საჭიროა ძუძუთი კვების შეწყვეტა. დიურეზული და გლუკოკორტიკოსტეროიდული საშუალებები აძლიერებენ სალბუტამოლის ჰიპოკალიემიურ ეფექტს. სალბუტამოლი ზრდის ტაქიარითმიის განვითარების ალბათობას.
შენახვის პირობები და ვადები
პრეპარატის ვარგისიანობის ვადაა 4 წელი, ინახება 10-25oC ტემპერატურაზე, სინათლისაგან დაცულ, მშრალ, ბავშვებისათვის ხელმიუწვდომელ ადგილზე!
