შემადგენლობა

გელის 1 გ შეიცავს მოქმედი ნივთიერების სახით 25 მგ კეტოპროფენს. 
დამხმარე ნივთიერებები: ეთანოლი 96%, კარბომერი, დიეთანოლამინი, ლავანდის ზეთი, მეთილპარაჰიდროქსიბენზოატი, ფორთოხლის ზეთი, პროპილპარაჰიდროქსიბენზოატი, წყალი გასუფთავებული.
აღწერილობა
გამჭვირვალე ან ოდნავ მღვრიე, უფერული ან მოყვითალო ფერის მსუბუქი ელფერის გელი სპეციფიური სუნით.

ფარმაკოლოგიური თვისებები
ვალუსალი® – გელი გარეგანი გამოყენებისათვის 25 მგ/გ – ადგილობრივი ტკივილგამაყუჩებელი საშუალება რბილი ქსოვილების ტკივილისა და ანთებითი პროცესებისას.

ჩვენებები
იყენებენ ლოკალურად ტკივილის მოსახსნელად რბილი ქსოვილების ტკივილისა და ანთებითი მდგომარეობის დროს.

მიღების წესები და დოზები
15 წელზე უფროსი მოზრდილები და მოზარდები: გელს ისმევენ თხელი ფენით მსუბუქი შეზელვით სხეულის დაზიანებულ არეში 1-2 ჯერ დღეღამეში. მტკივნეულ არეში კანი უნდა იყოს დაზიანების გარეშე. წასასმელი გელის რაოდენობა დამოკიდებულია სხეულის დაზიანებული არის ზომაზე. სადღეღამისო დოზა არ უნდა აღემატებოდეს 15 გ (7,5 გ შეესაბამება გელის 14 სმ). 
პირველი გამოყენებისას ტუბის გასახსნელად გაჩხვლიტეთ ტუბის მემბრანა შვერილით საცობის უკანა მხარეს. დაზიანებული ზედაპირი არ უნდა დაფაროთ სახვევით. დაზიანებულ ზედაპირზე ტანსაცმლის საგნები არ ქმნიან დისკომფორტს. გამოიყენეთ გელი მკურნალობის მოკლე კურსებით. მკურნალობის პერიოდი ინდივიდუალურია (1-10 დღე) და დამოკიდებულია ავადმყოფობის ხასიათზე და სიმძიმის ხარისხზე. 
სიფრთხილე: არ გადააჭარბოთ რეკომენდებული დოზა ექიმთან კონსულტაციის გარეშე. თუ რამეში არ ხართ დარწმუნებული, მიიღეთ კონსულტაცია ექიმთან ან ფარმაცევტთან. 
თუ გრძნობთ, რომ ვალუსალი® გელის მოქმედება არის მეტად ძლიერი ან სუსტი, უთხარით ამის შესახებ ექიმს ან ფარმაცევტს. 
ვალუსალი® გელი გარეგანი გამოყენებისათვის 25 მგ/გ განკუთვნილია მხოლოდ გარეგანი გამოყენებისათვის! არ გადაყლაპოთ!
პრეპარატის გამოყენების ფონზე დაავადების ნიშნების შენარჩუნებისას მიიღეთ ექიმის კონსულტაცია!

გვერდითი მოვლენები
როგორც ყველა წამალი, ვალუსალმა® შეიძლება ზოგ პაციენტში გამოიწვიოს გვერდითი მოვლენები. ლოკალური გვერდითი მოქმედებები
შეიძლება გაჩნდეს კანის ადგილობრივი რეაქციები, რომლებიც შესაძლოა უფრო ფართოდ გავრცელდეს, ვიდრე დაზიანებული ზედაპირი, ერთეულ შემთხვევებში შეიძლება გადავიდეს მძიმე ფორმაში და გავრცელდეს მთელს ორგანიზმში, დროდადრო შეიძლება გაჩნდეს კანის შეწითლება, აქერცვლა, გამონაყარი; იშვიათად შეიძლება გაჩნდეს ბებერა და ჭინჭრის გამონაყარი; ძალიან იშვიათად შეიძლება გაჩნდეს კანის ადგილობრივი შეშუპება. ერთეულ შემთხვევებში შეინიშნებოდა მომატებული მგრძნობელობის რეაქციები (ბრონქოსპაზმი, ქოშინის შეტევები). 
იშვიათად გელს შეუძლია გაზარდოს მგრძნობელობა ულტრაიისფერი სხივების (ბუნებრივი და ხელოვნური მზის სხივი) მიმართ – ამის თავიდან ასაცილებლად საჭიროა დაზიანებული ზედაპირი ავარიდოთ პირდაპირ მზის სხივებთან შეხებას წამლის გამოყენების ორი კვირის შემდეგაც (მათ შორის სოლარიუმი). 
ზოგადი ხასიათის გვერდითი მოქმედებები
გელის ხანგრძლივი და/ან დიდი ოდენობით გამოყენებისას, ასევე არასწორი გამოყენებისას ან შემთხვევით დოზის გადაჭარბებისას შეიძლება გამოვლინდეს ზოგადი ხასიათის გვერდითი მოვლენები – დარღვევები საჭმლის მომნელებელი ტრაქტის მხრივ (ტკივილი მუცლის ზედა არეში, მუცლის შებერილობა, მადის დაქვეითება), ნერვულ სისტემასთან დაკავშირებული პრობლემები (თავის ტკივილი, თავბრუსხვევა, ძილიანობა) და/ან თირკმლების ფუნქციის ცვლილება, ასთმა. თუ გელმა გამოიწვია მოწამვლა, საჭიროა სიმპტომური მკურნალობა, სპეციფიური ანტიდოტი არ მოიპოვება. 
რადგან ვალუსალი® შეიცავს სპირტს, მისმა ხშირმა გამოყენებამ შეიძლება გამოიწვიოს სიმშრალე და კანის გაღიზიანება. გვერდითი მოქმედებების გამოვლენისას, საჭიროა პრეპარატის მიღების შეწყვეტა. 
გვერდითი მოვლენების გამოვლენისას, ასევე გამოყენების ინსტრუქციაში აღუნიშნავი გვერდითი მოვლენების გაჩენისას კონსულტირება გაიარეთ თქვენს მკურნალ ექიმთან.

უკუჩვენება
ადრე არსებული მომატებული მგრძნობელობა კეტოპროფენის, აცეტილსალიცილის მჟავის ან სხვა არასტეროიდული ანთების საწინააღმდეგო სამკურნალო პრეპარატების მიმართ (იბუპროფენი, დიკლოფენაკი, მეთამიზოლი ან ანალგინი, ბუტადიონი და სხვ.), ასევე გელის დამხმარე ნივთიერებების მიმართ. 
დაზიანებული კანი ან ანთებითი პროცესი (მაგ., ეგზემა, აკნე, ღია ჭრილობა); გელი არ შეიძლება წაისვათ თვალზე, თვალის გარშემო კანზე და ლორწოვან გარზე.
უკუნაჩვენებია ბავშვებისათვის და მოზარდებისათვის (15 წლამდე), რადგან არ არსებობს საკმარისი ცნობები პრეპარატის გამოყენების შესახებ ადამიანთა ამ ასაკობრივ კატეგორიაში. 
ორსულობის ბოლო ტრიმესტრი. 
თუ პაციენტს აღენიშნება ზემოთ ჩამოთვლილი დაავადებებიდან ან მდგომარეობებიდან ერთ-ერთი, აცნობეთ ამის შესახებ ექიმს პრეპარატის გამოყენებამდე.

ორსულობა და ლაქტაცია
გელის გამოყენება ორსულობის პირველ 6 თვეს შესაძლებელია მხოლოდ მკურნალობის სარგებლისა და რისკის გულმოდგინე შედარების შემდეგ. ვალუსალ® გელი არ უნდა გამოიყენოთ ორსულობის ბოლო სამ თვეში მოსალოდნელ მშობიარობამდე. 
ძუძუთი კვების დროს არ არის რეკომენდებული ვალუსალის® გამოყენება. 
აცნობეთ ექიმს თუ ხართ ორსულად ან ბავშვს ძუძუთი კვებავთ.

განსაკუთრებული მითითებები
თავი აარიდეთ გელის თვალში მოხვედრას ან შემთხვევით გადაყლაპვას. გელის გამოყენების შემდეგ აუცილებელია ხელის დაბანვა. 
სინათლის მიმართ მგრძნობელობის თავიდან ასაცილებლად სასურველია სხეულის მტკივნეული არე აარიდოთ მზის სხივების პირდაპირ მოხვედრას წამლის გამოყენების დროს, ასევე პრეპარატის გამოყენებიდან ორი კვირის გასვლის შემდეგ (მათ შორის სოლარიუმი). 
თირკმლების დაზიანების მქონე პაციენტებმა გელი სიფრთხილით უნდა გამოიყენონ. 
გელი არ უნდა გამოიყენოთ სახვევთან ერთად.
სატრანსპორტო საშუალებების მართვის უნარსა და მექანიზმების მომსახურებაზე ზემოქმედება არ არის საჭირო თავი აარიდოთ სატრანსპორტო საშუალებების მართვას და მოძრავ მექანიზმებთან მუშაობას მოცემული პრეპარატის გამოყენების ფონზე, რამეთუ ის გავლენას არ ახდენს ყურადღების დონეზე და მოძრაობის კოორდინაციაზე.

ჭარბი დოზირება
რადგან სისტემურ სისხლმიმოქცევაში კეტოპროფენის შეწოვა უმნიშვნელოა, წამლით მოწამვლა გარეგანი გამოყენებისას ნაკლებ სავარაუდოა. გელის არასწორი გამოყენებისას ან შემთხვევით დოზის გადაჭარბებისას, შეიძლება გამოვლინდეს გვერდითი მოქმედება მთელს ორგანიზმში. (იხ. გვერდითი მოქმედება). 
ჭარბი დოზირების სიმპტომების გაჩენისას, ჭარბი დოზირებაზე ეჭვის გაჩენისას ან გელის შემთხვევით გადაყლაპვისას, დაუყოვნებლივ მიმართეთ ექიმს. ექიმთან თან წაიღეთ პრეპარატის შეფუთვა.

სხვა წამლებთან ურთიერთქმედება
სხვა წამლებთან ურთიერთქმედება არ აღენიშნებოდა. 
თუ თქვენ ღებულობთ ან ახლახან ღებულობდით რაიმე სხვა სამკურნალო საშუალებებს, მათ შორის რეცეპტის გარეშე შეძენილ წამლებს, პრეპარატის მიღების დაწყებამდე აცნობეთ ამის.

შენახვის პირობები და ვადები
შეინახეთ არა უმეტეს 25oC ტემპერატურაზე. არ გაყინოთ. 
შეინახეთ ბავშვებისათვის მიუწვდომელ ადგილას
2 წელი. არ გამოიყენოთ შეფუთვაში მითითებული ვარგისიანობის ვადის ამოწურვის შემდეგ.
