ამერიკული კომპანია გილიადი საქართველოში C ჰეპატიტის ელიმინაციის პროგრამასთან დაკავშირებით განცხადებას ავრცელებს. ფარმაცევტული კომპანია, საქართველოს ვირუსის საწინააღმდეგო პრეპარატებით, 2015 წლიდან, უსასყიდლოდ ამარაგებს.

კომპანია განცხადებაში ხაზს უსვამს, რომ საქართველო C ჰეპატიტის ელიმინაციის მიზნით მოწინავე ქვეყანაა.

„საქართველო, C ჰეპატიტის ელიმინაციის მიზნით საერთაშორისო ძალისხმევის ავანგარდში მყოფი ქვეყანაა და კომპანია გილიადი ამაყობს, რომ აღნიშნულ პროგრამას მხარს უჭერს დაწყებიდანვე, 2015 წლიდან. 2019 წლის მონაცემებით, საქართველოს მთავრობამ უკვე წარმატებით უმკურნალა 58 000 ადამიანს, ჩვენი ორგანიზაციის მიერ მიწოდებული მედიკამენტებით“, - ნათქვამია განცხადებაში.

ფარმაცევტული კომპანია, საქართველოსთვის გადმოცემული მედიკამენტების ვადის ამოწურვის შესახებ გავრცელებულ ინფორმაციასაც ეხმიანება. როგორც განცხადებაშია ნათქვამი მსგავსი შემთხვევები, საზოგადოებრივი ჯანდაცვის პროგრამებში იშვიათი არ არის, რადგან ხდება საჭიროზე მეტი მედიკამენტით უზრუნველყოფა.

„ჩვენ ვიცით, რომ გილიადის მიერ საქართველოსთვის გადაცემული წამლების მცირე დოზას, რომელიც ჩვენი მხრიდან, ქვეყნისთვის დონაციის გზით გადაცემული მედიკამენტების 5 %-ს შეადგენს, ვადა ამოეწურა. ეს არ არის უჩვეულო, რადგან საზოგადოებრივი ჯანდაცვის პროგრამები, როგორც წესი, უფრო მეტი მედიკამენტით მარაგდება ვიდრე საჭიროებს. საქართველოს შემთხვევაში, აღსანიშნავია, რომ ზოგიერთი პრეპარატის ვადის ამოწურვის მიზეზი ახალ, უფრო ტოლერანტულ რეჟიმზე გადასვლა გახდა, ჩვენ არ მიგვაჩნია, რომ აღნიშნული მედიკამენტების ვადის გასვლამ რაიმე გავლენა იქონია C ჰეპატიტის ელიმინაციის პროგრამის მიზნების განხორციელებაზე“, - აღნიშნულია განცხადებაში.
