ოკუპირებული ტერიტორიებიდან დევნილთა, შრომის, ჯანმრთელობისა და სოციალური დაცვის მინისტრმა ეკატერინე ტიკარაძემ ჯანმრთელობის მსოფლიო ორგანიზაციის ევროპის რეგიონალური კომიტეტის 71-ე სესიაში მიიღო მონაწილეობა, რომელიც ვირტუალურ ფორმატში გაიმართა.

სესიის მთავარი თემა პანდემიასთან და საზოგადოებრივ ჯანმრთელობასთან დაკავშირებული საკითხები იყო.

საკუთარ გამოსვლაში მინისტრმა ხაზი გაუსვა ვაქცინებზე თანაბარი ხელმისაწვდომობის მნიშვნელობას. ისაუბრა ვირუსის საფრთხეებზე დროული რეაგირების მნიშვნელობასა და პანდემიის დაძლევისთვის აუცილებელ მექანიზმებზე.

უწყების ხელმძღვანელმა ყურადღება ეპიდემიოლოგიურ მდგომარეობაზეც გაამახვილა და აღნიშნა, რომ გამოწვევების დაძლევისთვის აუცილებელია სექტორთა შორის მჭიდრო თანამშრომლობა და კომპლექსური მექანიზმების მდგრადი გაძლიერება.

„მადლობას გიხდით პატივცემულო თავმჯდომარევ, რომ მომეცით დღევანდელ დისკუსიაში საქართველოს სახელით მონაწილეობის შესაძლებლობა.

2020 წელს მსოფლიო დადგა კაცობრიობის უდიდესი გამოწვევის ახალი კორონავირუსული (SARS-CoV-2) ინფექციის პანდემიის წინაშე, რომელიც სახელმწიფოების უდიდესი ძალისხმევის მიუხედავად, ჯერ კიდევ აქტიურ ფაზაშია და ადამიანური დანაკარგი, სამწუხაროდ კვლავ მაღალია. სწორედ ამიტომ, ჩვენი უპირველესი მიზანი არის და უნდა იყოს პანდემიისთვის მზაობის გაძლიერება, როგორც ეროვნულ, ისე გლობალური დონეზე.

გამოწვევების დაძლევისთვის აუცილებელია სექტორთა შორის მჭიდრო თანამშრომლობა და კომპლექსური მექანიზმების მდგრადი გაძლიერება, როგორიც არის აქტიური ბიოლოგიური ზედამხედველობა და ეპიდემიოლოგიური კონტროლი; ასევე დიაგნოსტიკისა და მკურნალობის შესაძლებლობების გაზრდა და რაც მთავარია პრევენციის ღონისძიებების გაძლიერება.

პანდემიამ ასევე გამოავლინა ქვეყანაში კოორდინაციის დამატებითი მექანიზმების გაძლიერების აუცილებლობა პირველად ჯანდაცვას, ჰოსპიტლებსა და სასწრაფო გადაუდებელი დახმარების სამსახურებს შორის“,-ამის შესახებ ეკატერინე ტიკარაძემ განაცხადა.

მინისტრმა ჯანმრთელობის მსოფლიო ორგანიზაციის ევროპის რეგიონულ კომიტეტზე გამოსვლისას ყურადღება ჯანდაცვის სისტემის მდგრადობაზეც გაამახვილა და აღნიშნა, რომ პანდემიამ სახელმწიფო სექტორის გაძლიერების აუცილებლობა დააჩქარა.

„ჩვენ შეგვიძლია ყოველი ახალი გამოწვევა ვაქციოთ შესაძლებლობად და ამის ნათელი მაგალითია საქართველო, რომელმაც პანდემიის მართვის პროცესში გადაუდებელი საჭიროებებიდან გამომდინარე, მნიშვნელოვანი ღონისძიებები გაატარა ჯანდაცვის სისტემის მდგრადობის, სამედიცინო ინფრასტრუქტურის, ადამიანური რესურსების, კლინიკური მართვის შესაძლებლობების გაუმჯობესებისთვის საფრთხეებზე რეაგირების კუთხით.

ახალი კორონავირუსის პანდემიამ დააჩქარა სახელმწიფო სექტორის გაძლიერების აუცილებლობა, რომელიც ჯანმრთელობის მსოფლიო ორგანიზაციის ევროკავშირის, მსოფლიო ბანკის და სხვა დონორი და საერთაშორისო ორგანიზაციების ფინანსური და ტექნიკური დახმარებით მიმდინარეობს.

გარდა ამისა, განხორციელდა სრულიად ახალი და ინოვაციური მიდგომების დანერგვა, როგორიცაა მაგალითად, სასტუმროების გამოყენება როგორც საეჭვო შემთხვევების, ისე კოვიდის მქონე პაციენტების მართვისთვის, რომელიც მოწონებულ იქნა ჩვენი საერთაშორისო პარტნიორების მიერ.

ჯანდაცვაში ტელემედიცინისა და ციფრული ტექნოლოგიების როლი კიდევ უფრო მკაფიოდ გამოკვეთა პანდემიამ, რამდენადაც დისტანციური სერვისების საშუალებით, მნიშვნელოვნად შემცირდა მობილობა და დაავადების გავრცელება კლინიკებში. საქართველომ, პანდემიის დასაწყისში ელექტრონული მომსახურების წარმატებული პრაქტიკა დანერგა ონლაინ-კლინიკების სახით, რომელიც დღემდე ეფექტურად ახორციელებს COVID-19-ით ინფიცირებული პაციენტების ბინაზე მართვას.

ეკატერინე ტიკარაძემ საკუთარი გამოსვლა ვაქცინაციაზე საუბრით დაასრულა. უწყების ხელმძღვანელმა აღნიშნა, რომ საქართველოს ვაქცინებით უზრუნველყოფის საკითხში გარდამტეხი როლი COVAX პლატფორმამ შეასრულა, რომელიც მინისტრის განცხადებით ვაქცინების სამართლიანი განაწილების უზრუნველყოფის ქმედითი მექანიზმია.

„ჩვენ უკვე ვფლობთ პანდემიის დასრულების მთავარ ინსტრუმენტს-ვაქცინებს. საქართველოს ვაქცინებით უზრუნველყოფის საკითხში გარდამტეხი როლი შეასრულა COVAX პლატფორმამ, რომელიც ვაქცინების სამართლიანი განაწილების უზრუნველყოფის ქმედითი მექანიზმია. გაუმჯობესებული ხელმისაწვდომობა მნიშნველოვანია არამხოლოდ ვაქცინებზე, არამედ საზოგადოებრივი ჯანდაცვის ყველა იმ სიკეთეებზე, რომლებიც პანდემიასთან ბრძოლის მთავარი ინსტრუმენტებია.

კითხვაზე „თუ რა გვასწავლა კოვიდ პანდემიამ“, პასუხი მოკლედ შეიძლება ასე ჩამოყალიბდეს: პანდემიისთვის მზაობის უზრუნველყოფის აუცილებლობა; ადამიანური რესურსის გაძლიერება გადაუდებელი რეაგირების კუთხით; კოორდინაციის დამატებითი მექანიზმები პირველად ჯანდაცვას, ჰოსპიტლებსა და სასწრაფო გადაუდებელი დახმარების სამსახურებს შორის; სახელმწიფო სექტორის გაძლიერების აუცილებლობა, საინფორმაციო/დიგიტალური სისტემების მნიშვნელობა და სექტორთა შორისი თანამშრომლობა“,-ამის შესახებ ეკატერინე ტიკარაძემ ჯანმრთელობის მსოფლიო ორგანიზაციის ევროპის რეგიონალური კომიტეტის 71-ე სესიაში მონაწილეობისას განაცხადა.
