ფსიქიკური ჯანმრთელობის საერთაშორისო დღე

10 ოქტომბერი ფსიქიკური ჯანმრთელობის საერთაშორისო დღეა. თემასთან დაკავშირებით, სახალხო დამცველის აპარატმა საჯარო შეხვედრა გამართა. ღონისძიებას ოკუპირებული ტერიტორიებიდან დევნილთა, შრომის, ჯანმრთელობისა და სოციალური დაცვის მინისტრის პირველ მოადგილე და ფსიქიკური ჯანმრთელობისა და ნარკომანიის პრევენციის ცენტრის ხელმძღვანელიც დაესწრო.

როგორც ღონისძიებაზე თამარ გაბუნიამ განაცხადა, სუიციდის პრევენციის ღონისძიებები მულტიდისციპლინარულ და მულტისექტორულ მიდგომას საჭიროებს და ახალ სტრატეგიაში სწორედ ამ საკითხზე გაკეთდება აქცენტი.

"ამ შემთხვევაში, მხოლოდ ჯანდაცვის სექტორის ძალისხმევა, რა თქმა უნდა, არ იქნება საკმარისი იმისთვის, რომ ჯეროვანი პასუხი გავცეთ სუიციდთან დაკავშირებულ გამოწვევებს და აუცილებელი იქნება სოციალური დაცვის განათლების სექტორის და ბევრი სხვა სექტორის მონაწილეობა,"- განაცხადა თამარ გაბუნიამ.

სუიციდის პრევენციის პროგრამის პილოტი ამ ეტაპზე ბათუმში მოქმედებს, რომლის წარმატებით დანერგვის შემდეგ და მიღებული შედეგების გათვალისწინებით ღონისძიებების გაფართოება მოხდება. უკვე მომზადებულია და ფუნქციონირებს ბრალდებულთა/მსჯავრდებულთა სუიციდის პრევენციის პროგრამა.

ჯანდაცვის სამინისტროს ერთ-ერთი პრიორიტეტი ფსიქიკური ჯანმრთელობის პრობლემების მქონე პირთა სამკურნალო, საცხოვრებელი პირობების გაუმჯობესება და მათთვის შესაბამისი, მაღალი ხარისხის სამედიცინო სერვისების მიწოდებაა. ქვეყანაში მოქმედებს ფსიქიკური ჯანმრთელობის სახელმწიფო პროგრამა, რომლის ფარგლებშიც სერვისები სრულად არის დაფინანსებული.

ფსიქიკური სერვისების დეინსტიტუციონალიზაციის პროცესის ხელშეწყობისთვის დაიწყო საცხოვრისის და მცირე საოჯახო სახლების ტიპის დაწესებულებების განვითარება. ასევე მიმდინარეობს არსებული ფსიქიკური დაწესებულებების ინფრასტრუქტურის რეაბილიტაციისა და გაუმჯობესების ხელშეწყობის პროცესი. გაიზარდა სათემო სერვისების დაფინანსება. ქვეყნის მასშტაბით 31 მობილური გუნდი ამოქმედდა, მოიმატა მათთვის გამოყოფილმა ბიუჯეტმა, რაც ნიშნავს, რომ თბილისსა და საქართველოს რეგიონებში მომსახურებას გაცილებით მეტი ბენეფიციარი მიიღებს.

ჯანმრთელობის ხელშეწყობის სახელმწიფო პროგრამის ფარგლებში მიმდინარეობს ფსიქიკური ჯანმრთელობის შესახებ სტიგმის, დისკრიმინაციის მიზეზების და მათი შედეგების შემცირების, ასევე ინკლუზიის ხელშეწყობის და თვითადვოკატირების ღონისძიებები. გრძელდება მოსახლეობის განათლებასთან დაკავშირებული აქტივობები ფსიქიკური ჯანმრთელობის საკითხების შესახებ.
