ჯანდაცვის სამინისტროს ინიციატივით ინოვაციური აპლიკაცია STOP COVID შეიქმნა, რომლის მიზანი Covid-19-ის ადრეული გამოვლენა და პრევენციაა

STOP COVID აპლიკაცია იძლევა საშუალებას შევაკავოთ ვირუსის გავრცელება კონტაქტირებული პირების დროული ინფორმირებით. აპლიკაცია შესაძლებლობას აძლევს მომხმარებლებს გაიგოს თუ იმყოფებოდა კონტაქტში COVID 19-ით ინფიცირებულ პირთან.

ჯანდაცვის სამინისტროს ინიციატივით ინოვაციური აპლიკაცია ხელმისაწვდომია iOS-ისა და ანდროიდის მომხმარებლებისთვის. აპლიკაციის გადმოსაწერად iOS-ის მომხმარებელმა App Store-ზე უნდა ჩაწერონ STOP COVID, ხოლო ანდროიდის მფლობელებს, მისი გადმოწერა Google Play-დან შეეძლებათ NOVID20-ის დასახელებით. დამატებით გადმოსაწერი ლინკები განთავსებულია ჯანდაცვის სამინისტროს ვებგვერდზე www.moh.ge და ასევე მთავრობის მიერ შექმნილ სპეციალურ ვებგვერდზე www.stopcov.ge

აპლიკაცია გადმოწერისა და დაინსტალირების შემდეგ რეგისტაციას არ მოითხოვს. შესაბამისად მომხმარებელი არ უთითებს პირად ინფორმაციას. აპლიკაცია თითოეული მომხმარებლისთვის ქმნის უნიკალურ ID-ს, რომლის მეშვეობითაც განსაზღვრავს სოციალურ კონტაქტებს. ყველა მონაცემი ინახება მობილურ ტელეფონში, ლოკალურად, კოდირების მძლავრი სისტემის გამოყენებით. მომხმარებლებს აქვთ სრული კონტროლი თავიანთ მონაცემებზე და თავად შეუძლიათ გადაწყვიტონ როდის და რა ინფორმაციის გამჟღავნება სურთ. სისტემა განსაკუთრებულ ყურადღებას ანიჭებს პერსონალური მონაცემთა დაცვის ევროპულ კანონმდებლობასთან თანხვედრას.

იმის დასადგენად თუ რომელი სმარტფონები, იმყოფებოდნენ ერთმანეთთან სიახლოვეში გამოიყენება Bluetooth, GPS და სხვა ტექნოლოგიები. აპლიკაციის მომხმარებლებს შორის ინტერაქციის შესახებ ინფორმაცია - კონტაქტის თარიღი, გარკვეული ხანგრძლივობისა (15 წუთზე მეტი) და დისტანციის მქონე შემთხვევები (2 მეტრზე ნაკლები), დაშიფრული სახით, ინახება ადგილობრივად, ორივე მომხმარებლის აპლიკაციაში. თუ რომელიმე ადამიანს დაუდასტურდება COVID-19, ის პირები, რომელთაც ბოლო რამდენიმე დღის განმავლობაში კონტაქტი ჰქონდათ აღნიშნულ დადასტურებულ შემთხვევასთან, აპლიკაციის საშუალებით, მიიღებენ გაფრთხილებას, ინსტრუქციით - დარჩნენ თვითიზოლაციაში და დაუყოვნებლივ მიმართონ შესაბამის ორგანოებს.

აპლიკაცია ავსტრიულმა კომპანიამ შეიმუშავა და ლიცენზიის საფასურის გადახდის გარეშე, სხვადასხვა ქვეყნის მთავრობისთვის ხელმისაწვდომი გახადა. მოხდა აპლიკაციის სრულ შესაბამისობაში მოყვანა ქართულ რეალობასა და კანონმდებლობასთან.

აპლიკაციის მსგავსი მოდელი, უკვე წარმატებით დანერგა და გამოიყენა არაერთმა ქვეყანამ, მათ შორისაა იაპონია, სამხრეთ კორეა, სინგაპური და სხვა.
