ჯანდაცვის სამინისტრომ პირდაპირი შესყიდვის გზით, ინოვაციური ონკოლოგიური მედიკამენტების შესყიდვის პროცესი დაიწყო

ჯანდაცვის სამინისტრომ პირდაპირი შესყიდვის გზით, ინოვაციური ონკოლოგიური მედიკამენტების შესყიდვის პროცესი დაიწყო. აღნიშნული წესით, სახელმწიფო ძვირადღირებულ მედიკამენტებს სპეციალურ, მნიშვნელოვნად დაბალ ფასად შეიძენს და ონკოლოგიურ პაციენტთა სრულ საჭიროებებს დაფარავს.

ჯანდაცვის სამინისტროსა და მედიკამენტების მწარმოებელ კომპანია "როშეს" შორის ხელშეკრულება დღეს გაფორმდა. დოკუმენტის თანახმად, სახელმწიფო, შვეიცარიული კომპანიისგან სხვადასხვა დასახელების პრეპარატს პირდაპირი წესით, მართული შესვლის შეთანხმების (MEA) პრინციპების გათვალისწინებით განხორციელდა.

ჯანდაცვის მინისტრის, ზურაბ აზარაშვილის განცხადებით, მომავალი წლიდან სახელმწიფო ონკოლოგიურ პაციენტს მკურნალობის კურსს სრულად დაუფინანსებს.

მედიკამენტების, უშუალოდ მწარმოებლებისგან შესყიდვის შედეგად, სახელმწიფოს ეძლევა შესაძლებლობა მეტ პაციენტს დაუფინანსოს მკურნალობა და მკურნალობის კურსის გათვალისწინებით, გაუზარდოს დაფინანსებული წამლების რაოდენობა.

მედიკამენტების უშუალოდ მწარმოებლისგან შესყიდვა, წამლებზე ხელმისაწვდომობის გაზრდის მიზნით, ჯანდაცვის სამინისტროს მიერ განხორციელებული რეფორმების ნაწილია. მედიკამენტებზე ჯიბიდან გადახდების შემცირების მიზნით, საქართველოს მთავრობის გადაწყვეტილებით, 2022 წელს თურქული ფარმაცევტული ბაზარი გაიხსნა, დაინერგა ელექტრონული რეცეპტების სისტემა, 3200-ზე მეტ მედიკამენტზე კი ფასის ზედა ზღვარი დაწესდა. შედეგად მედიკამენტების ფასი საშუალოდ 60%-ით შემცირდა.
