ფარმაცევტული სფეროს გამჭვირვალობის, მოსახლეობისთვის ხარისხიანი და ხელმისაწვდომი მედიკამენტების უზრუნველყოფის მიზნით, ჯანდაცვის სამინისტრო, ფარმაცევტულ სფეროში რეფორმას ახორციელებს.

რეფორმის შედეგად, 11 აპრილიდან ექიმი ვალდებული იქნება მედიკამენტი მხოლოდ გენერიკული დასახელებით გამოწეროს. ფარმაცევტი მომხმარებელს, ჯანდაცვის სამინისტროს მიერ შემუშავებულ, გენერიკული მედიკამენტების ,,პოზიტიური სიიდან“ სამ ყველაზე იაფ წამალს შესთავაზებს. მოქალაქე კი თავად გადაწყვეტს, რომელი მწარმოებლის და რა ღირებულების მედიკამენტი შეიძინოს. სიახლე მე-2 ჯგუფის ფარმაცევტულ პროდუქტს შეეხება.

ფარმაცევტული სფეროს გამჭვირვალობის უზრუნველსაყოფად შექმნილი სამოქმედო გეგმა ჯანდაცვის მინისტრმა ზურაბ აზარაშვილმა ჯანდაცვის კომიტეტის თავმჯდომარეს დიმიტრი ხუნდაძეს, კომიტეტის წარმომადგენლებსა და სპეციალურად შექმნილ სამუშაო ჯგუფის წევრებს გააცნო. ჯანდაცვის კომიტეტმა და მოწვეულმა სტუმრება სამოქმედო გეგმა დადებითად შეაფასეს და აღნიშნეს, რომ ცვლილებები ფარმაცევტულ ბაზარს უფრო გამჭვირვალეს გახდის, ხოლო ხარისხიან მედიკამენტებზე ხელმისაწვდომობა მნიშვნელოვნად გაიზრდება.

სამოქმედო გეგმა, ჯანდაცვის სამინისტრომ, კონკურენციის სააგენტოს რეკომენდაციების, ჯანმრთელობის მსოფლიო ორგანიზაციის მიერ ჩატარებული კვლევის შედეგების, ადგილობრივი და უცხოელი ექსპერტების ჩართულობითა და საერთაშორისო გამოცდილების გათვალისწინებით შეიმუშავა.

11 აპრილიდან, ცვლილებები შეეხება ფსიქოტროპული მედიკამენტების გამოწერის წესსაც. ფორმა N2 რეცეპტი მატერიალური სახით (ქაღალდზე) აღარ გაიცემა და მისი გამოწერა მხოლოდ ელექტრონული ფორმით მოხდება.
