შემადგენლობა
ადიპინის ერთი ტაბლეტი შეიცავს აქტიური ნივთიერების ამლოდიპინის - 5 მგ-ს ან 10 მგ-ს.
**მოქმედების მექანიზმი**

მიღების წესები და დოზები

გულ-სისხლძარღვთა სისტემის მხრივ: ზოგჯერ - პერიფერიული შეშუპება, გულისცემის გაძლიერება, სახის წამოწითლება. ცენტრალური ნერვული სისტემის მხრივ: თავის ტკივილი, თავბრუსხვევა, დაღლილობა, ძილიანობა. საჭმლის მომნელებელი სისტემის მხრივ: დისპეფსიური მოვლენები, შესაძლებელია ღვიძლის ტრანსამინაზების აქტივობის მატება. ალერგიული რეაქციები: შესაძლებელია - კანის ქავილი, კანზე გამონაყარი, მულტიფორმული ერითემა.
უკუჩვენება
პრეპარატის დანიშვნის უკუჩვენებებია - ჰიპერმგრძნობელობა, აორტის სარქვლის გამოხატული სტენოზი, გულის მძიმე უკმარისობა, არტერიული ჰიპოტონია, ტაქიკარდია, კოლაფსი, სისხლძარღვოვანი და კარდიოგენული შოკი, მიოკარდიუმის მწვავე ინფარქტის პირველი კვირა, ღვიძლის ფუნქციის დარღვევები.
განსაკუთრებული მითითებები
ადიპინის უსაფრთხოება ორსულობისა და ლაქტაციის პერიოდში დადგენილი არ არის. პრეპარატის მოქმედება პედიატრიაში შესწავლილი არ არის. პრეპარატი სიფრთხილით ინიშნება ღვიძლის დაქვეითებული ფუნქციის მქონე პაციენტებში. ხანდაზმული ასაკის პაციენტები და თირკმლის უკმარისობის მქონე ავადმყოფები დოზის შემცირებას არ საჭიროებენ. ადიპინით დასაშვებია როგორც მონოთერაპია, ასევე სხვა პრეპარატებთან კომბინაციაში დანიშვნა. ადიპინის მიღება უსაფრთხოა თიაზიდურ დიურეტიკებთან, ამფ-ის ინჰიბიტორებთან, ალფაადრენობლოკატორებთან, ბეტა-ადრენობლოკატორებთან, პროლონგირებული მოქმედების ნიტრატებთან, ნიტროგლიცერინთან, არასტეროიდულ ანთების საწინააღმდეგო საშუალებებთან, ანტიბიოტიკებთან და პერორალურ ჰიპოგლიკემიურ პრეპარატებთან კომბინაციაში. მარცხენა პარკუჭის ფუნქციის მნიშვნელოვანი დაქვეითების დროს, ადიპინისა და ბეტა-ადრენობლოკატორების კომბინაცია დიდი სიფრთხილით ინიშნება. ადიპინი არ ახდენს გავლენას დიგოქსინის და ციმეტიდინის ფარმაკოკინეტიკასა და ფარმაკოდინამიკაზე. დოზის გადაჭარბებისას: გამოხატული არტერიული ჰიპოტონია. მკურნალობა: კუჭის ამორეცხვა, სისხლძარღვების შემავიწროებელი საშუალებებისა და კალციუმის გლუკონატის შეყვანა, გულ-სისხლძარღვთა სისტემის ფუნქციური მდგომარეობის კონტროლი.
შენახვის პირობები და ვადები
