შემადგენლობა
ამპიოქსის ერთი კაფსულა შეიცავს აქტიური ნივთიერებების - ამპიცილინის 125 მგ-ს და ოქსაცილინის 125 მგ-ს.
**მოქმედების მექანიზმი**
კომბინირებული პრეპარატი, რომლის ანტიბაქტერიული სპექტრი დამყარებულია შემადგენელი ანტიბიოტიკების მოქმედებაზე. მოქმედებს გრამდადებით (სტაფილოკოკი, სტრეპტოკოკი, პნევმოკოკი) და გრამუარყოფით (გონოკოკი, მენინგოკოკი, ნაწლავის ჩხირი, ინფლუენცას ჩხირი, სალმონელა, შიგელა და სხვ.) მიკროორგანიზმებზე. ოქსაცილინის შემცველობის გამო ამპიოქსი აქტიურია პენიცილინაზას მაპროდუცირებელი სტაფილოკოკების მიმართ. შიგნით მიღებისას პრეპარატი კარგად აღწევს სისხლში.
ჩვენებები
- სასუნთქი გზების და ფილტვების ინფექციურ-ანთებითი დაავადებები (ბრონქიტი, პნევმონია და სხვ.),ანგინა, ქოლანგიტი, ქოლეცისტიტი, პიელიტი, პიელონეფრიტი, ცისტიტი, ინფიცირებული ჭრილობები, კანის ინფექციები და სხვა;
- ასევე, ქირურგიული ჩარევისას ოპერაციის შემდგომი ჩირქოვანი გართულებების პროფილაქტიკის მიზნით და ახალშობილებში ინფექციების მკურნალობის და პროფილაქტიკისათვის;
- გონორეის სამკურნალოდ ამპიოქსი გამოიყენება ბენზილპენიცილინისადმი მდგრადი გონოკოკის შტამების მიერ გამოწვეული ინფექციის შემთხვევაში.
მიღების წესები და დოზები
მოზრდილებსა და 14 წელზე მეტი ასაკის ბავშვებში ამპიოქსის ერთჯერადი დოზა შეადგენს 0.5-1 გ-ს (2-4 კაფსულა), სადღეღამისო - 2-4 გ-ს (8-16 კაფსულა).
3-7 წლის ასაკის ბავშვებში სადღეღამისო დოზა შეადგენს - 100 მგ/კგ, 7-14 წლის ასაკის ბავშვებში - 50 მგ/კგ. სადღეღამისო დოზა ნაწილდება 4-6 მიღებაზე. მკურნალობა გრძელდება 5-7 დღიდან 14 დღემდე ან უფრო ხანგრძლივად.
გვერდითი მოვლენები
გულისრევა, ღებინება, დიარეა, ალერგიული რეაქციები. საჭიროებისას ინიშნება მადესენსიბილიზებელი საშუალებები.
უკუჩვენება
ანამნეზში პენიცილინის ჯგუფის პრეპარატებისადმი ტოქსიკურ-ალერგიული მონაცემების არსებობა.
განსაკუთრებული მითითებები
პრეპარატი სიფრთხილით ინიშნება ორსულობის და ლაქტაციის პერიოდში. პენიცილინის მიმართ მაღალი მგრძნობელობის შემთხვევაში მოსალოდნელია ცეფალოსპორინებისადმი ჯვარედინი ალერგიული რეაქციის განვითარება.
შენახვის პირობები და ვადები
პრეპარატის ვარგისიანობის ვადაა 2 წელი, ინახება 10-25oC ტემპერატურაზე, სინათლისაგან დაცულ, მშრალ, ბავშვებისათვის ხელმიუწვდომელ ადგილზე!
