შეხვედრა ფარმაცევტულ კომპანიებთან

საყოველთაო ჯანდაცვის პროგრამაში მედიკამენტების ნაწილის ამოქმედება ზაფხულიდან იგეგმება. მანამდე პროგრამის განმახორციელებელმა სოციალური მომსახურების სააგენტომ საჭირო ღონისძიებები უნდა გაატაროს. ამ სიახლეებზე სასაუბროდ საქართველოს შრომის, ჯანმრთელობისა და სოციალური დაცვის მინისტრის მოადგილე, სოციალური მომსახურების სააგენტოს დირექტორი ზაზა სოფრომაძე საქართველოში მოქმედი ფარმაცევტული კომპანიების წარმომადგენლებს შეხვდა. ზაზა სოფრომაძის ინფორმაციით, პროგრამა დაახლოებით 670 000 ადამიანზე იქნება გათვლილი და შეეხება ქრონიკული დაავადებების მქონე პირებს, რომელთა სარეიტინგო ქულა სოციალურად დაუცველთა ბაზაში 100 000-მდე იქნება. მათ შორის, მედიკამენტებს სიმბოლურ ფასად მიიღებენ პაციენტები, რომელთაც გულ-სისხლ-ძარღვთა დავადებები, ფილტვის ობსტრუქციული დავადებები, დიაბეტის მეორე ფორმა და ფარისებრი ჯირკვლის დაადებები აწუხებთ.

სოციალური მომსახურების სააგენტომ უკვე დაიწყო ბაზრის კვლევა. ელექტრონული ტენდერი აუქციონის გარეშე კვირის ბოლოსთვის გამოცხადდება და მასში მონაწილეობა შეეძლება ყველა იმ კომპანიას, რომელიც დააკმაყოფილებს ტენდერის პირობებს. უპირატესობა მიენიჭება კომპანიას, რომელიც ყველაზე ნაკლებ ფასს შესთავაზებს სახელმწიფოს 24 სახის მედიკამენტის მიწოდებაზე.

პროგრამის ბიუჯეტი 3 მლნ 360 ათასი ლარია. ქართული ფარმაცევტული კომპანიების გარდა ტენდერში მონაწილეობა უცხოურ კომპანიებსაც შეეძლებათ. ფარმაცევტული კომპანიები პროგრამის განხორციელების ტექნიკური დეტალებით დაინტერესდნენ და ამომწურავი პასუხები მიიღეს ტენდერთან თუ პროგრამის განხორცილების თავისებურებებთან დაკავშირებით.
