ვიტამინ A-სა და ვიტამინ D-ს შემცველი სხვა პრეპარატების გამოყენებისას საჭიროა სადღეღამისო დოზის საგულდაგულოდ შერჩევა, რათა თავიდან ავიცილოთ ჰიპერდოზირების სიმპტომები.
პრეპარატისა და ვიტამინ A-სა და ვიტამინ D-ს შემცველი სხვა პრეპარატების ერთდროული გამოყენება არ არის რეკომენდებული.
4 თვემდე ასაკის ბავშვებში პრეპარატის გამოყენება არ არის რეკომენდებული, ვინაიდან, მოსალოდნელია, მასში შემავალი ბენზილის სპირტის მიმართ მომატებული მგრძნობელობა.
ორსულობა და ლაქტაცია
პრეპარატის გამოყენების წინ საჭიროა ექიმის ინფორმირება ორსულობისა ან მასზე ეჭვის არსებობისას. ორსულობისა და ლაქტაციის პერიოდში პრეპარატი გამოიყენება მხოლოდ ექიმის რეკომენდაციით.
ვიტამინ A-ს დღე-ღამეში 4000 სე დოზის (პრეპარატის 6 წვეთი) გადაჭარბება არ არის რეკომენდებული.
განსაკუთრებული მითითებები
პრეპარატის გამოყენებისას თავიდან უნდა ავიცილოთ ჰიპერდოზირება.
პრეპარატი სიფრთხილით ინიშნება ნეფროლითიაზით შეპყრობილ პაციენტებში.
პრეპარატის გამოყენებისას დიდი რაოდენობით ვიტამინ A-თი მდიდარი საკვების მიღება არ არის რეკომენდებული (მაგალითად, ღვიძლი).

სხვა წამლებთან ურთიერთქმედება
ანტიეპილეფსიური საშუალებები, რიფამპიცინი, ნეომიცინი, ქოლესტირამინი, თხევადი პარაფინი – აქვეითებენ ვიტამინ A-სა და D3-ის რეზორბციას. პრეპარატისა და თიაზიდის ჯგუფის საშუალებების კომბინაცია ზრდის ჰიპერკალციემიის განვითარების რისკს. პრეპარატისა და საგულე გლიკოზიდების ერთდროული გამოყენებისას შესაძლებელია მათი ტოქსიური მოქმედების გაძლიერება. ვიტამინ A-ს მაღალი დოზით გამოყენებისას, შესაძლებელია პერორალური ანტითრომბოზული საშუალებების მოქმედების გაძლიერება. ეტრეტინატი ზრდის პრეპარატის მოქმედებას.
შენახვის პირობები და ვადები
ვარგისიანობის ვადა: 2 წელი
შეფუთვაზე აღნიშნული ვადის გასვლის შემდეგ პრეპარატის გამოყენება არ არის რეკომენდებული.
